Fabio Tiralongo was born in Syracuse on June 24, 1988. He is saxophonist, composer, arranger and teacher.

He started his career in classical studies with Sebastiano Bell’Arte (theory) and Carlo Cattano (sax), then he moved on to improvisation techniques and composition.

In July 2014, guided by Orazio Maugeri, he graduated in jazz saxophone (first level) at the Conservatory V. Bellini in Catania with 110/110 cum laude. In April 2019, guided by Giovanni Mazzarino, he graduated in Jazz Composition at the Conservatory A. Corelli in Messina with 110/110 cum laude.
